[Letter 12] Letter GIVING INFORMATION - Party

You are organising a party for your colleagues. Write a letter to them and say:

- What happened at the last year’s party.

- Give suggestion how to make it better.

- Mention the venue, date and time to meet.

Dear John, Michael and Jim

I'm writing to inform you that this year I'm the organizer of the annual party. Last year's party was in Hemishere Music Club at the Novotel Hotel in Warsaw and the most important part of the evening was the magical show in which all people took part in. Besides that, our senior manger showed us his annual presentation with future income predictions.

I truly believe that it is possible to organize such party better than in last year and encourage more people to come. It seems that a concert with live music could be more interesting for us than a magical show which is usually for younger audience.

In this year we are going to have fun at the Mariott Hotel in the center of Warsaw on the 27th of December from 8 p.m. till 3 a.m. in the morning.

I hope to see all of you there.
